Peter is a Principal IT Management Consultant with experience developing IT and IM strategies, as well as managing Strategic Change Programmes. He has considerable experience working with organisations to deliver business change facilitated by IT, including being GDPR programme lead at Anglian Water. His area of specialism is ensuring companies develop the right strategy and business case to enable successful transformation projects, particularly projects aimed at improving data and information. Peter’s expertise spans many organisations including the Metropolitan Police, Office of Rail Regulation, Lockheed Martin and Anglian Water.
