He specialises in developing organisations customer insight & analysis capabilities. In particular, Martin brings expertise in:
•Developing business requirements for analytical solutions, working hand in hand with IT teams to deploy the right technical infrastructure and tools
•Recruiting and developing world class analytical teams
•Developing the business processes to use analysis & insight to drive increased customer focus and return on investment.
In his current role, Martin is responsible for establishing and leading the HomeServe Data, Insight & Analytics function. The team’s purpose is to leverage data and insight to target effective acquisition and retention activity and to provide a key strategic insight and analysis service to the wider marketing function and omni channel strategy.
