Christoph Safferling

Christoph Safferling is an economist and applied econometrician. He has many years of academic experience in building economic models and working with data. Having finished his PhD analysing economics of online games, he moved from academically dissecting game metrics to a more hands-on approach. He leads the game analytics and user research department at Ubisoft Blue Byte in Germany, and is in charge of monitoring online and "traditional" games such as The Settlers Online, Anno 2205, Rainbow6: Siege, and The Division.
