Royal Mail Robert has been at Royal Mail for over seven years and held the role of CDO for the last two years. Having had a 20-plus year career in technology functions in a range of consulting and end-user organisations, he now leads the group business intelligence function in Royal Mail for the chief executive. In this role, he is accountable for the creation and curation of the company’s data assets which spans the data governance, integrity, performance measurement visualisation and advanced analytics, generating trusted insights for use across the company, internally and externally.
